How long it’ll take?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

It takes us about 5-10 days to make the shoes after you place an order (pick up your shoe size from store then start to paint). Then, in the subsequent 10–15 days, we shall dispatch them.

– Feel free to send us a message if you're interested in having a design made to your specifications; we're happy to implement your suggestions.

– Want a pair of shoes made to order, but not in the styles we offer? Don't worry about it. Send us an email at ryancustomshoes@gmail.com with a description of your ideal shoes or a picture to discuss your order.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of each item, once it is sold it cannot be returned. There are no returns or exchanges allowed. Before placing an order, double-check that your sizing is accurate.

In the unlikely event that we send you the wrong item due to an error on our part (incorrect size, wrong design, etc.), please get in touch with us as soon as you receive your package so that we can make things right; all exchanges are subject to the item being returned to us in its original condition and packaging.
