Due to the personalized nature of the shoe painting, we cannot accept returns on these shoes. Make sure the dimensions and style are appropriate! If you want to be sure you're getting the right shoe size, you should try it on somewhere first or consult a size fit guide. However, we cannot be held liable for any problems arising from your use of them.

The cost of any import duties or fees is not on us. Your package may be held at your local post office until you pay any applicable import taxes and retrieve it.
