NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or accept exchanges. Before placing an order, please ensure that you have the correct size.

If we make a mistake and send you the wrong item, whether it's a different size or style, we'll make it right. Please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to make an exchange; all items returned for an exchange must be unused and in their original packaging.

Problems and damage

If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please let us know right away so that we can investigate the problem and correct it.

Gift cards and sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
