"Cute and comfy - Based on the previous reviewers comments on this shoe running large, I ordered my usual 8.5 AND a smaller 8. I tried the 8.5 and it fit perfectly - didn't even bother trying on the 8. The toe box is a bit roomy, but the functional ties can be tightened and actually made it a snugger fit. I tried them w/ thin socks (before I tightened), which also did the trick. I found the length to be very true to size. They are cozy and seem like they will be very comfortable to walk in (just received them so haven't had a chance to wear them out). The only problem I can foresee is that the edge of the upper opening feels a bit thin and sharp and may end up cutting into my foot. I can always throw on a band-aid beforehand to prevent this, but I'm hoping w/ wear it will soften. Very cute and great heel height (feels sturdy). " |
