"These boots are great! I was never a fan of UGG until recently. I have a syndrome that causes pain, swelling, and itching in my toes when they get cold. Since I began wearing Uggs, my feet are now always warm and pain free! I love the Dauphine boot because they are not as clunky looking as other UGG. I wear them under pants/jeans or over slim fit jeans. I wear socks with them, but only because my feet get abnormally cold. I have to use a shoe horn to get them on, but they come off easily. The are also a perfect fit on my calves which are a normal size. If you have larger calves, these boots may not zip up. After reading other reviews, I ordered half a size smaller (7) than I normally wear (7 1/2). They fit perfectly. They are very comfortable to walk around in all day and have better arch support than another pair of UGG I own (UGG Downtown). The boots are definitely over-priced, but it was worth paying too much in order to relieve my pain. " |
